October’s Reiki for Kids Class

Kids received a rose quartz crystal at today’s workshop. It’s the love stone — love of self and others. And helps to soothe and reduce stress. Great for children (or anyone) who can’t fall asleep at bedtime and when used with reiki. They also practiced making harmonies on my Tibetan singing bowl.
