Kids received a rose quartz crystal at today’s workshop. It’s the love stone — love of self and others. And helps to soothe and reduce stress. Great for children (or anyone) who can’t fall asleep at bedtime and when used with reiki. They also practiced making harmonies on my Tibetan singing bowl.

Myriah and Byron got married at Lamb’s Hill in Beacon, NY. Lamb’s Hill is at the top of Mount Beacon and it’s a small farm with the most adorable donkeys. It was the most perfect venue for these animal lovers. The view was incredible. It was cloudy, but right before the ceremony began, there was a cloud clearing and it really looked like a heart. Myriah and Byron wrote their own vows and we incorporated the handfasting ritual into their ceremony. They supplied the colorful ribbons.
